Salon du Chocolat is an international chocolate and pastry event, held in several cities around the world. This was the second edition event held in Dubai on 18th to 23th May 2023 and Pâtissier Chocolate joined this event with Baker’s Mart, our Pâtissier Chocolate's exclusive supplier in the United Arab Emirates and Oman area.

We are pleased to report that the results have been extremely satisfying. Over the course of the three-day event, we had the opportunity to interact with a significant number of potential visitors and customers in the professional segment. In fact, we had an average of 50 such visitors who stopped by our booth to sample our products, out of a total of 300 visitors. This level of interest in our chocolate for business purposes is a positive indicator for our company.

The success of our participation can be attributed in part to the masterclasses we conducted, as well as the engaging presence of Chef Abdellah with Dubai's elite circle of Pastry Chefs and Chocolatiers. These efforts have helped to increase the visibility of Pâtissier and position us as a valuable supplier in the eyes of these professionals.

In addition to the positive feedback we received, our interactions with potential customers provided us with valuable insights into the current market situation. We were able to gather information on pricing, services, and other news, particularly from our competition. This information has highlighted opportunities for Pâtissier Chocolate and our distributor, Baker's Mart, to increase our market share.
