Shipping & Deliver Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock by the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.


Delivery Locations:

Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in all emirates of UAE.


Delivery Time:

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of order confirmation. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.


Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we will make every effort to fulfil your order within the given period.


Please note that we do not ship on Sundays & Public holidays.


The date of delivery may vary due to our delivery practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered.

· Fujairah Within 1-7 working days

· Umm Al Quwain Within 1-7 working days

· Hatta Within 1-7 working days (Minimum AED 500 purchase)



Delivery Cost:

Free Delivery is provided for all orders above AED200 and AED 30 delivery fee will be charged for any orders below AED200.

To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. Once on the checkout screen, the delivery charges will be displayed. Additional delivery charges may apply to remote areas. You will be advised of any additional charges before confirming the order.


Damaged Items in Transport:

If there are any faults or missing items, you must inform us as soon as possible. In case of faulty products, any damaged item should not be thrown away.


To raise a Return Request: Kindly log into your account- go to ‘My Orders’ – click ‘Return & Refund’ against the product- fill in necessary details, attach your invoice copy and a photo as proof of the damage and send it to us. We will inspect the issue and get back to you.
