They are resistant to temperatures between -60 degree c and +230 degree c and are ideal for a professional use in the world of ice cream production, confectionery and horeca. White non-stick spiral mould 6 forms silikomart's "perfume" mould features 6 cavities and produces a unique spiral dome design. This is a quarter sheet pan size dome style mould. Up to four of these moulds fit on a standard sheet pan which is useful when oven or cold space is limited. Use these moulds with a sauce gun for quick and uniform production, this mould's undulating grooves will lend its shape to your baked or frozen food products. Recommended for mousse and semifreddi production. Can be used in temperature ranges between -76 and +446 degrees f. Makes 6 forms.
